What We Believe
The Bible
We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testament to be the inspired Word of God. The Scriptures are without error, reliable, and thus are the final authority for faith and life. The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testament are the complete revelation of God to man. We teach and preach from the King James Version of the Bible, believing it to be the best translation for English speaking people.

God
We believe in one triune God, eternally existing in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—each co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory, and having the same attributes and perfections.
Jesus- We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. We believe that He was 100% God and 100% man and that He lived a perfect, sinless life while on earth. We believe that Jesus willingly died on the cross for us paying for the penalty of our sins. He sacrificed His life for us in the greatest demonstration of love ever known. We believe that after He died, He rose from the grave on the third day ascending into Heaven where He continues His ministry at the right hand of God as our Advocate and High Priest. We also believe that Jesus is personally, visibly, and imminently returning to this earth to set up His kingdom.

The Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is a part of the trinity meaning that He is God. We believe God, as The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment; and is the Supernatural Agent in regeneration, baptizing all believers into the body of Christ, indwelling and sealing them unto the day of redemption. We believe that He is the divine Teacher who assists believers to understand the Scriptures, and that it is the privilege and duty of all the saved to be filled with the Spirit.

Salvation
We believe that salvation is a gift from God provided by the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe it is received through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, trusting His atoning sacrifice at the cross; and that there is no other means of being saved.

Youth Ministries All of our youth workers have passed a background check and do a wonderful job. There is a Teen Church service every Wednesday evening, and a Teen Sunday School class every week. There are usually a couple of youth activities every month that give teens a chance to have wholesome fun with influential people. Please check the calendar for future youth events.

College & Career MinistriesThis ministry is for young people going through college or starting life after school. In the summer they get together every week to simply eat food and hang out. There are also several activities that will take place throughout the year. This ministry is a great opportunity to meet people and grow together in the Lord.

Children's Ministires
All of our children and nursery workers have cleared a background check. We offer a Sunday school class for every age. During the main worship service the kids will have their own class in which they will learn and have fun at the same time. We also have a program called Faith Kids that takes place on Wednesday night. In all of these ministries your kids will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and build relationships with wonderful teachers.

What To Expect
VISITING FAITH
Here at Faith Church we look forward to having visitors and meeting new people. Here's what you can expect when you plan a visit! Sunday School Sunday school starts at 10am. If you choose to come to these bible classes, you will find that we offer a class for all ages. There's an adult class, children's class, and teen/college age class. The moment you walk into our building the receptionist will show you where you need to go. Main Service Our main service starts at 11am. This is our most popular service. There will be music and a relevant biblical message from one of our pastors. What about the kids? We have a children's program that takes place during the adult worship service. If your children would like to participate, all you have to do is sign up at the front desk. You will then receive further instruction for your children on where to go and who their teachers will be. Nursery We have a nursery available during all service times. The nursery is located in the back of the auditorium just through the double doors. This gives parents the comfort of knowing where their children are at all times. All of our nursery helpers have passed a background check. |
